Thuva completed his Articling at Kiriak Law Office, a reputable law firm in Edmonton, Alberta, where, after being called to the bar, he continued to practice Family litigation, Criminal law, Probate and Wills and Estate as an Associate Lawyer with the same law firm.

Prior to being called to the bar, Thuva graduated with a First Class Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Staffordshire in 2020, after which he completed his National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) examinations and obtained his Certificate of Qualification. Thuva also received his Master of Laws (LLM) from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2022, and he completed his second Master of Laws (LLM) with a specialization in International Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2023.
